Gochujang Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup Mae Ploy Chili Sauce
  • 1/8 cup seasoned rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons good quality soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon white miso
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 24 chicken wings defrosted and patted dry

Instructions

  • Combine sauce ingredients. Deep fry wings in oil preheated to 350 degree Fahrenheit (I use duck fat) for about 5 minutes until internal temperature is 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Toss wings in sauce directly after removing from fryer, and serve.
