Homemade Pizza Dough

The most flavorful pizza dough you will ever make!

Ingredients

  • Flour 795 grams
  • Water 495 grams
  • Instant dry yeast 2.5 teaspoons
  • Salt 4 teaspoons
  • Olive oil 3 T
  • 1/4 cup sourdough starter discard

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients in stand mixer and knead for 5 minutes. Add dough to a well-oiled bag and allow to rise in the refrigerator no less than 3 days and up to a week. Remove dough and place in a warm place until it starts to rise. Form dough into balls and dip in flour. Then try to work into a circle (mine never are! but it's still delicious)
