Ingredients
Flour795 grams
Water495 grams
Instant dry yeast2.5 teaspoons
Salt4 teaspoons
Olive oil3 T
1/4cupsourdough starter discard
Instructions
Combine ingredients in stand mixer and knead for 5 minutes. Add dough to a well-oiled bag and allow to rise in the refrigerator no less than 3 days and up to a week. Remove dough and place in a warm place until it starts to rise. Form dough into balls and dip in flour. Then try to work into a circle (mine never are! but it's still delicious)
