Ingredients

  • 1 24 ounce can beer
  • 1 14 ounce can petite diced tomatoes
  • 1 ½ pounds beef diced
  • 2 tablespoons beef base
  • 1 cup onion diced
  • 1 ½ cup celery diced
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 3 frozen stock cubes
  • 3 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 lb bag frozen soup vegetables

Instructions

  • Add beer, beef base, tomatoes, crushed garlic, beef, stock cubes, onions, and spices to the Instant Pot. Cook on Max pressure for 12 minutes or high pressure for 14 minutes and quick release. Add soup vegetables and celery, and bring to a boil with the Instant Pot set on sauté.
