This salad is a classic from the '80 but never gets old. I always get asked for this recipe!

Ingredients
2large crowns of broccolichopped as above. About 4 cups.
1cupmayonnaise. I only use Hellman'salthough I'm told Dukes is the bomb, if it's sweet at all I would not use it for this recipe
1/2Cupraisins or craisins
1/4cupfinely diced Bermuda onion
10thinly sliced or 5 thick sliced baconfried, drained and chopped
3tablespoonsapple cider vinegar
2tablespoonswhite sugar
Instructions
Chop broccoli into bite sized pieces. Mix together in a small bowl the mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar. Add broccoli, raisins, bacon, and onions to a large bowl, and top with dressing. Mix together very well, cover, and chill at least overnight.
