Reuben Sliders
The most amazing, gooey sliders based on the classic (and not so classic!) sandwich.

- 1 recipe Deli Rye Rolls/Slider buns
- 1 pound sliced pastrami
- ½ pound sliced swiss cheese
- ¼ cup thousand island dressing OR
- ¼ cup spicy brown mustard or both!
- 1/3 cup cole slaw OR
- 1/3 cup sauerkraut
Split buns in half horizontally. Add desired condiment to bottom bun. Layer on pastrami, then cheese then cole slaw or sauerkraut. Add desired condiment to top bun and place top bun on. Drizzle pan juices from pastrami on top of buns. Cover in aluminum foil and bake in a pre-heated 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 35-40 minutes until heated through (this is going to depend somewhat on how warm the meat was. This assumes the meat is warm).
