Ha if you’re from the north these may seem very different to you. They originated in Mississippi, and I will tell you they are very different. Most people I’ve given them to really liked them once they got over the “uh what” factor.






Kool Aid Pickles
Ingredients
- 1 jar 32 ounces whole dill pickles, undrained
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 envelope unsweetened Kool-Aid mix flavor of your choice
Instructions
- Drain dill pickles and add liquid to a microwavable container. Add Kool-Aid mix to the pickle juice, we like cherry and watermelon. Add sugar to the pickle juice and warm in microwave until sugar dissolves. Add the liquid back to the jar. Store in refrigerator for 5 to 7 days and enjoy!
