- 21 chicken wings
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Gochujang
- 2 tablespoons seasoned rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 8 cloves black garlic
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Garnish
- Green onions diced
- Black sesame seeds
Combine honey, Gochujang, vinegar, black garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil in bullet blender or small food processor. Process until smooth. Deep fry or air fry wings until 154 degrees Fahrenheit internal temperature, and dredge in sauce. Serve with green onions and black sesame seeds.
