Instant Pot Beer Coney Sauce
A traditional coney sauce for hotdogs, super fast in the Instant Pot!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 24 ounces beer
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Better Than Bullion Roasted Beef Base
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper this is to taste
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 4 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 6 tablespoons tomato paste
Instructions
- Add beer, ground beef, spices and beef base to Instant Pot. Cook on Max pressure 15 minutes or high pressure 20 minutes and quick release.
