For the Pasta- Durum Pasta
- 400 grams Durum Flour
- 100 grams All purpose flour
- 190 grams Liquid: 2 eggs plus water to equal 190 grams
For the Pasta- Durum Noodle
- 400 grams Durum Flour
- 100 grams All purpose flour
- 180 grams water
For the filling
- 1 /2 cup Ricotta cheese
- 1/8 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
- 1/4 to 1 teaspoon Better Than Bullion Lobster base to taste
- 4 ounces chopped seafood (I used lobster and shrimp)
