Sous Vide Steak Diane
A re-vamped classic, like something you'd see in a Mad Men Steakhouse, but with a modern (and delicious) twist to make the meat incredibly tender!

- 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 can anchovies with oil
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients into a sous vide bag, and cook for 12 to 24 hours at 124 degrees Fahrenheit. Sear steak on hot grill, heat sauce contents of bag to concentrate, and whisk. Serve sauce on steak.
