This isn’t really a recipe. I mean the recipe is throw the corn on the cob in the oven. Whole. Bake at 350 for about half an hour to 40 minutes.
It’s going to look like this…and yes you leave the silk on. That’s what makes this easy.

After you pull it out, and using a hot pad (trust me on this one), cut the end of the cob off with a sharp serrated knife. Cut high enough to get all of the bottoms of the leaves off. If you do it right, it will look like this…

Again with your hot pad, squeeze the corn out of the cob holding at the silk end. The silk will just slide off.

And you will be left with perfectly roasted corn that just needs some salt and butter. Easy peasy!
