This is the third (and by far, best) food processor I have owned. The other two, I killed by overworking them. It wasn’t that I used them too often, it’s that I made them work too hard when I did use them.

This one is the 16 cup. I purchased mine on Amazon (where I buy like 99 percent of the things I buy). It is by far the most powerful food processor I have ever used. The bowl on this is 16 cups.
I love the variety of attachments that comes with it.

And how neatly all the attachments store away.

I love the French fry cutter.

I love the slicing blade. IT’S ADJUSTABLE!!! Look at how beautifully these sliced ginger came out. I made pickled ginger with them.

And slicing a boat load of onions for French onion soup? Finished in seconds.

I will rarely buy pre-shredded cheese anymore. This thing just mows through pounds of cheese in minutes. Even the hard cheeses that my previous food processors struggled with. I buy bulk Parmesan (I try to get a wheel when possible) and it comes out to about the same cost as the far lower quality Parmesan you can get at the grocery store.
It’s also amazing for cutting fat into flour for biscuits and pie crust, and making emulsified salad dressings.
I did purchase the dicing compatibility kit and the dicing kit to go with it and it makes beautiful diced tomatoes, onions, peppers. Great for making large batches of pico de gallo!
