Everyone loves Seven-layer dip and we do too. This is a quick and easy one which uses pre-made guacamole and pico de gallo. We also use Fiesta Ranch dip which really gives it a great flavor. I took this to a beer festival and the entire pan was gone within minutes because it was so good.
First mix the Fiesta Ranch with a container of sour cream. The Fiesta ranch can be hard to find, and we’ve had to resort to buying it on Amazon. I usually buy large lots of it because it is so good with veggies as a dip and made with buttermilk as a dressing to taco salad.

Start with a layer of refried beans. We’ve really been loving the Goya refried beans with Chorizo, they’re nice and smooth.

Add some diced jalapeno if you like it hot. We do but I usually do half and half.

Add the guacamole and cheese

Add Fiesta ranch and Pico de gallo (drained)

Add more cheese, more jalapenos, chopped green onions, and black olives. Ok so this might be more than 7 layers and you will need to scoop it out. You can add lettuce here, I don’t because it just gets stringy and wet.
